Salesman (Justin Carico) added a $500 "anti-theft fee" and lied when asked if it was optional. I specifically asked if the fee was optional and Justin said no. When confronted 2 days later, Justin continued to lie and denied over charging us. After we left on the first day, we returned the next day a new salesman (Mike Scott) didn't even mention the fee. Mike was much more helpful. I bought a Jeep and the door was rusted from the inside, but covered up with paint. Luckily the paint chipped off, and I noticed the rust. Mike Scott said they would have an auto paint specialist cover the rust. We consulted an auto body specialist, and he recommended having the door panel removed to check for interior rust. When we returned the car, Justin continued to say "he never said no" about the optional fee, which is a blatant lie. DO NOT TRUST DUNCAN. Especially Justin Carico. And management. They believed Justin over us even though we had absolutely no reason to lie about the "optional fee". He is a bold faced LIAR. And management doesn't seem to care or reprimand their employees for blatantly lying to customers. Do not expect a fair deal from Duncan. They have no conscience, no accountability, and will try to take advantage of you at every opportunity. Buyer beware. Very very disappointed.

Terrible Customer Service
Worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership! Complete incompetence! We were preapproved for the loan, made an appointment, and knew exactly which car we wanted. This was a chip shot for the salesperson to say the least! However, at the end of an eight-hour day we had no car. We asked for an all-wheel drive and the salesperson pulled a front wheel drive to show us and proceed to sell us. The worst part of this was the fact that there was no apology or any attempt to reconcile their unbelievable incompetence!

Exceptional service
The Duncan Hyundai dealership in Christiansburg consistently provides the best service. If you have high expectations for customer service you will not be disappointed doing business with them. In addition to the great service, they service your vehicle and only suggest repairing what is needed at a reasonable price. They do not try to push unnecessary repairs.
