Old School

Old school service , experience sales staff owns and drives Ford. My 10 th vehicle purchase . Service and parts great . Ron Neiport is excellent to work with , still wears a suit and tie , refreshing. Eric Ham Runs a top notch dealership.

Old School Local Customer service

I am a local business in Merced for 30 years . I use my vehicles in my business for outdoor use and construction. This will be my 10th vehicle From Razzari and my 7th truck ( ALSO 3 Cars) Ron Nieport has been exceptional to work with all these years. Old school , cares about customer service ( still wears a suit and tie takes his job seriously & professionally.) Eric Ham runs a great dealership it's a pleasure to buy once again from my local community. Service has always been exceptional , Val and Mike Leap never leave me guessing in the service dept THEY never seam put out to help even if I just have a phone question. Equipment manager and rancher

The last vehicle we purchased was from razzari ford on a valentines day. Years ago with a wonderful experience. This year looking for a truck and researched cars.com and made a list. Most were in the Sacramento area, and one at razzari ford. With the variety of trucks and sour food credit, we drove a hundred miles to get our dream truck. Could not get financing without a down payment, which isn't necessary with our credit rating, unless they are overcharging for the vehicle. Three sales lots and six trucks later, we headed home worn out. On the way home Fay, the online sale person contacted me, noticing my interest in their truck. We shared our experience at the Sacramento sales lots and were frustrated and worn out. And being an hour's drive away from them closing, I didn't feel like another salesman. Talk to 1my wife and we agreed to see the truck and see what they have to say. Called them back with what we're looking for in payments and in a truck. Though we would be arriving a half hour before closing, Fay said come on in. Due to modern technology, all information for the credit check was able to be given to them while we were on our way there and the answer was there before we got there so already had numbers ready for the truck we chose. Went for a test drive,loved the vehicle, went in and haggled price. An hour later, we purchased our dream truck, with the financing we required. Once paperwork was completed me, my wife, Fay and the sales ,manager sat down with coffee and had a wonderful time sharing stories and life and found out we handsome of the same friends. We left at ten o'clock. We had a wonderful time. The whole experience was amazing. We will buy from them again in a heartbeat. I would recommend them to anyone. My feeling is, they will never lose a sale and the customer walks away with their dream vehicle with satisfying payments. .

Mrs.Buyer of new truck I left happy with my purcha

We didn?t go to car lot to buy a car we were just going to look at trucks but the offer was very surprising and the salesman was friendly and respectful of our needs that we did purchase a vehicle and our happy with the choice we made and the way we were treated Matt Gonzales and the finance officer were easy to work with. We left feeling secure in the fact that the staff and dealership were working for us. We want to thank Matt and the finance officer for their professional service.

Outstanding

Eric Ayala was very attentive and assisted us in choosing the correct vehicle. We went in looking for a low mileage used car, but quickly decided on the new Ford Fiesta. Eric was with us all the way, showing us available vehicles and making my dream come true. Thank you Eric!

Great Service from Internet Sales Manager

Overall I had a good experiance. Mark the internet sales manager was very helpful. Mark was quick to respond to email inquiry. Didn't really like the tactic the financial manager was pulling on me. Asked me the same queston three times. I was getting annoyed because of that.

First time buyer and Brian was great at helping me find the perfect car. He was super friendly and like i said very helpful as well as all the other staff there. Definitely great service! No snotty or jerk salesmen here! I had a great experience with Razzari thank you so much and big thank you to Brian and George!

2107 Ford F 150. Awesome Pick-up at a Great Price

I was in the market for a NEW 2017 -- F150. To start things I called the Razzari Sales Manager and told him I wanted to price and test drive 2017, F150. I explained that I had been to other dealers and was not satisfied with the sales persons experience or the pricing of the vehicles. He said he had a great salesman who was very knowledgeable and that Eric Fimbrez would my personal salesperson. I was very please with the personal owner ship that Eric Frimbez and the whole sales team provided me throughout the buying process. Eric is very experienced and knowledgeable on the F 150 and a pleasure to do business with. He worked hard with Brandon the Sales manager to get me the right F150 at the right price. If you want to get a honest, professional salesman at Razzaisi request Eric Frimbez and you too will get the same GREAT experience. No high pressure tactics from him. To top things off I received a personal call from Eric Hamm the General Manager to see if I was completely satisfied with my buying experience and that he appreciated my business. Can't beat that, I am Highly Satisfied with Razzari Ford.
