Drove an hour to see a used car from this dealer. Courtland Soda was our sales person. He was friendly, funny, and professional. Car was ready to test drive when I arrived and dealership handled a minor repair as part of purchase. Finance dept was also very efficient although we had to wait a bit because that dept was understaffed. Overall easy interaction and transaction and good price for used vehicle.

After I expressed my interest in a certain Mustang, Justin the sales manager sent Eli to Fresno with the car I intended purchase. I drove the 2015 coupe back to Merced to finalize my purchase. Once at the dealership, Justin and Eli were able to get me the best possible deal. The finance manager clearly explained every document that I signed. Before I left, Eli paired my phone to the car's entertainment system.

My name is Rebecca Hollon. I owned a Nissan Ultima Limited addition for 13 years. I was starting to have troubles with it so I decided to get another car. I didn’t want to buy brand new so I was looking for a fairly new used car. I shopped many dealerships and it wasn’t that any dealership stood out in my mind, but there was one car salesman that did stand out in my mind, his name is Cortland Soda. The only reason I didn’t buy a car from him was because he didn’t have the car I was looking for which was a Toyota Camry that was in my price range. This young man stood out amongst all the other salesmen and saleswoman that I dealt with while I was shopping for cars at many dealerships. The reason he stood out was because he was kind. He was not a pushy salesman, he wasn’t arrogant, he was kind and respectful. I would send someone that was looking for a car to Courtland. Courtland was awesome. He, and the whole team, worked really hard to help me get a vehicle to meet my needs. I was able to get a 2019 Ranger, and I really like it. If you need a new vehicle, definitely head down and talk to Courtland!!

Loved Umar, love the Truck...but the overall time spent was way tooooo long! From 11:00 a.m. until after 3:00 p.m. Really need to improve the time to close a deal! Loan process time tooooo long! Can be done quicker I’m sure!

Went in to only view some trucks and the service man ELI helped me big time find my perfect ram 1500! Happy with my purchase well recommend to shop at razarri ford for your new car!
