Razzari Ford

I wrote a longer review on yelp but I'll try to be shorter this time around. Basically, I had one horrible experience my first time buying but 2nd time, for my husband, they were amazing so I wanted to give them one more chance and I'm so glad I did! They were able to take my trade in, that I still owed money on, and work out a deal so that I was able to drive off in a brand new Fusion. I love my car! Adrian Nuno, my salesman, was awesome, friendly and really helped keep my hope high during the entire process. Thanks Adrian! And thank you to the finance team at Razzari! You guys really came through for me and I can't express enough how happy I am that I didn't let the 1st bad experience stop me from trying again. Awesome job! I love, LOVE, my new car!

It is stressful enough having to buy a new vehicle, let alone the process. We live in the bay area and thought we could walk in a dealership and get the vehicle we were looking for. Sadly, we found out everyone seemed too busy to search for the vehicle we needed. We called Razzari Ford in Merced and the salesman Eric Fimbrez jumped to our needs and in less than four hours found the vehicle we wanted. We made the deal over the phone and he made arrangements to bring the vehicle from Southern California in a couple of days. Upon signing the sale documents, he presented himself very friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious his goal is customer satisfaction. Thank you Eric. I didn't think I would be able to own my dream car and only went to check out what I could afford. Barbara showed me a 2015 Mustang convertible within my price range and got me financed right away. I have to say, I'm beyond ecstatic with my purchase of a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible...

We went just to look and came home with a car. Right when we got there we were greeted with a very friendly face! Barbara helped us with every question we had and made the whole experience smooth. The building was very clean and overall we had a great experience.

This is the first time I have gone to a car dealership, and I've gone to many, that I didn't feel preshered in any way. The normal BS that is is expected,,, didn't happen. I truly had my first car buying experience that was not only professional, but friendly. The ENTIRE staff was genuinely good folks. A very special thank you to George, and my favorite car salesman of all time,,,, Rodrigo !!!!! You're not only a phenomenal salesman,,, you are a very nice guy. I can see through a fake a mile away,, and you're the real deal my friend. Your dealership will be the only one I'll ever visit from now on. I sincerely mean that. I went in to get an oil change and left with a car. Everyone was so nice very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Very helpful to get me the right payment number I wanted. And not to mention I had my 4 and 2 year old with me and kept offering them water balloons and other things to keep they occupied. Thanks again David, Josue and George for the great service even after they sold me the car still helping me with fun facts about my car.

Very poor customer service, old dirty facility and they where all slow to get to you.

I have shopped at Razzari Ford a number of times and have always had a good experience with their sales team. This past Friday is the first time I purchased a car from them. It was a used Honda with very high miles, but I got a good price and am very happy with the experience (kudos to David and Omar for helping me out). They let me to take it to my local mechanic for a once-over before purchasing it, and their service department corrected the couple of issues the mechanic uncovered (the brake rotors needed some work). A couple of days after bringing it home, there was another issue and I took it back and was treated fairly. I see they get some mixed reviews on Yelp, but I can tell you that my experience with them was great and I plan on giving them the first shot on my next new or used vehicle.

Razzari is the place to be if you're in the market for a vehicle. Excellent service from top to bottom. Made buying my new F-150 a very enjoyable experience. If you find yourself there and want to have the best service possible and want to be taken care of throughout the entire process then asking for "Zach" is a must. Zach was very professional and I never once felt pressured into buying. He answered all of my questions, helped me on his days off, found the exact truck I wanted in another city and even went to pick it up for me! He continues to answer all of my questions to this day (weeks after buying). I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Zach!
