They tried to fix a leaking transmission 6 days ago when we first notified it and now that it’s leaking again they are saying wait 4 weeks. When we looked under the truck we found out they had left out 3 bolts from the skid plate.

I got a very good deal on a 2024 Platinum F150 last week
I got a very good deal on a 2024 Platinum F150 last week at this dealership that I couldn’t turn down. The manager, David Sluss was fantastic and I appreciate him very much. He gave me a great deal and I’m very happy. However, I can’t thank Erik Jones, the Sales Representative, enough. He was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about demonstrating the vehicle and software. It almost always pisses me off when a salesman rides on a test drive with you but Erik was great! He showed me features I was looking for and software options while we were driving that I couldn’t have appreciated while driving alone. He followed up politely, unobtrusively a few days later and was immediately available when I asked for a repeat test drive. He filled up the tank and waved goodbye as I drove off alone to see if this truck was right for me. Needless to say, it was and I bought it. The sale was quick and efficient. I’ve had multiple purchases that weren’t, bureaucratically. After the sale, Erik has been great. Once, so far, he has helped me access features I haven’t been able to myself. I simply texted and he said to come right in and fixed the issue right there. He has repeatedly asked me to call him for questions, problems, or accessories AFTER the sale. You don’t see loyalty like that very often nowadays. I mainly wrote this to praise Erik. I’ve bought a number of vehicles, including three BMWs but he has been the most responsive, the most efficient and the most peasant to work with by far. FYI, I never met the man before 2-3 weeks ago. No family relation. I’ll also add, I bought my first and second truck, the first an f250 and the second a 1993 f150, from the same dealership. The f250 was old, I don’t remember how old, but I sold it 5 years later for the price I bought it. I bought the second, a 1993 f150 and I still have it. Runs every daggone time you turn the key and I hope it outlives me! I wholeheartedly recommend Ramey Ford in Princeton WV. I have a long story there and with Erik Jones and David Sluss I am sure that legacy will continue.

Simplicity at its best!
Simplicity at its best! The whole buying process was painless and quick. I normally walk out of dealerships feeling like I have been lied to and rarely felt like I received the best deal possible. This was not the case at Rameys!

Ramey Ford has always been able to get my truck in for service quickly. They check it all out. If there is a problem, they take care of it. I appreciate the delivery service and also the courtesy transportation. They take care of their customers.

Eric work exceptionally well and hard to get me in a new Bronco. I gave them an idea how much I would like to pay and they made it happen. I had thought about trying another dealership and I am so happy that we didn't. I will recomend Eric Jones and the rest of the team at Ramey Ford.

The management is worse than any car dealership I
The management is worse than any car dealership I experienced with in the last forty years that I have bought about 30 new cars and trucks from. Specially the general manger, he was very rude and arrogant, he was acting like a king setting on the throne. I hope that no one buy any car or truck from that dealership as long as that guy is there, I know I will not.

Got me in for the recall fast .
Got me in for the recall fast .Took car in staff was very friendly .Told me the repair would take about four or five hours to complete and had one of their drivers take me home so I didn’t have to wait.Very nice experiences I would definitely recommend Ramey Ford to family and friends.
