Inner Axle Seal Replacement
I went there for a replacement on the seals. The person I spoke with was very nice and kind. She made sure that all my needs were met and that the job was done correctly. The quote she had given me was very accurate as well.

Multiple fractions
Advertised the truck as diesel. Took to our business. Discovered truck was gas. Called Sat Morning ran credit report 4 times without permission. Mr. Schoonover is very loose with the truth. Billed me for a truck bed liner that I didn't receive.. Held my trade in 3 months while I still made the payments because it was inconvenient for him to get my truck.

We're sorry to hear of your negative experience. I spoke to the management team about your situation and wanted to share with you what we discovered. The truck was never misrepresented as a diesel, and your truck was also a gas model. According to the sales rep, LT, whom i spoke to just moments ago, he remembers that you were aware that it was gas, and you just changed your mind to want a diesel after the deal was signed on. Credit was run in accordance with your authorization on the forms you signed when you visited the dealership and picked up the truck. In addition, your trade in was being prepared for retail because the deal was seemingly final and agreed upon. So we had put a bed liner in the truck, and even did body work on the truck that you weren't charged for. You mention that the truck was here for 3 months, because you owed service charges for what was done to the truck before you demanded the deal be undone. Which we complied with. But the body shop charges, nor the storage for 3 months, or any mileage charges were billed to you for the miles you put on the truck. Only the service bill that we had already done to your trade in. The truck was here for for so long because we couldn't get a phone call back, or any contact for that matter, in respect to the bill that you owed. It had nothing to do with inconvenience, only that you owed money for truck repairs that you didn't pay on. It is unfortunate that this situation happened. It takes two parties to make a deal easy and professional, the dealer, and the customer, and when one of these parties is totally unresponsive, it's hard to complete a resolution for both parties.
The Salesman Makes the Expierence
Larry Clark has made my last few family and business vehicle purchases painless. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Larry in just about a month and all three were not only simple, and reasonable but 3 of the fastest car buying processes I've had. I was glad to see the opportunity to write this because Larry deserves all the customers he can get, he is more than a car salesman! Thanks for your caring Larry.
