Awesome experience at Ramey Ford Princeton

A good friend of mine suggested I call Ramey Ford Princeton after I told him I was looking to purchase a new F-150. I called and spoke with LT, their internet sales manager. LT was such a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He found me exactly the F-150 I was looking for and we worked out all the details thru phone and text. Above and beyond!

The Ramey Ford team went above and beyond to get me everything I asked for in a veihicle! LT Schoonover was awesome. As well as the rest of the Ramey team from start to finish. I can't stress enough how great they all were and how much I love my new Ford Escape Titanium. I'll be back again and again to purchase my cars only at Ramey Ford.

On Sunday April 30th, I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Darryl Clark at Ramey Ford's pre-owned lot in Princeton, WV. I have bought a lot of cars over the years but, have never had such a pleasant experience. Darryl and Justin Hall, finance manager, made my purchase easy, quick and seamless.

Fast Friendly Service

Left signal light burned out. I call the service department about 1:30 PM and was told to bring it in that same afternoon. It took them about 30 minutes and I was back on the road.

Thanks for catching my state inspection was expired!!!

Very pleased with the service. Very thoroughly done and quickly! They noticed my inspection sticker had expired. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. After locating me in the dealership they completed the work quickly.
