Almost 100 mile drive one way, for a "free" oil change?

"Great Experience" such that my wife no longer complains about us driving almost 100 miles one way just to obtain a "free" oil change. We can get an oil change and great service only 14 miles from our home. So why go to Pence? I purchased a 2013 KIA Sorrento and have had it serviced at the dealership at each interval. The service department is excellent overall, helpful, friendly and quick to start and complete the work. Gary Shively has been friendly and helpful with follow up information for all of my questions. Each service appointment was in a timely manner and the waiting area was comfortable. The price for some of the services was a bit pricey but I want to keep my warrenty up so I continue to use them. Today is the first time I have ever had a complaint; and it is minor. Greasy hand prints were left several places on my beautiful Sorento that I love greatly.

Excellent Customer Service

I bought my Nissan Maxima in 2001 from Pence Nissan and at 210,000+ miles, it is still running strong! It has to be the best car I have ever owned. The only service team to take of my vehicle has been the great folks at Pence Nissan (ask for the Gold Team led by Robert Webb). Over the past 13 years, I feel I have been treated fairly and honestly. Options were explained thoroughly and costs associated with the options. Always excellent service!

Pence KIA

I purchased my Kia Sorento in 2011.....it is an awesome vehicle and backed up by an awesome dealership.....the service is in time, on time, friendly, and there is nothing more you could ask for and Gary Shively is great to work with !!!

Pence for Life Service

We have been using Pence service on our 2013 Kia Sorento since it was purchased from Pence. We schedule our appointments by phone, usually they can accomodate the next day. We seldom if ever have to wait longer than the estimated time and they are extremely punctual on when they start. We wish they were a little closer, but the excellent service is well worth the drive. The Pence for life warranty is a excellent deal for us. We are very very satisfied with Pence.

satisfied customer

I bought a new car at Pence a few years ago. I have had all my service work done there as well as one accident repair. Scheduling service is easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The work has always been done as expected and on time. I am a fully satisfied customer

Great Experience

Great dealership

I have been a customer of Pence Nissan since 1992. All of the service reps especially Ricky and Robert are top notch. Very friendly and helpful. Ricky tries to find coupons to save me money on my service. Cullen Lumpkin, the service manager has worked with me on some big projects with my car and he has always exceeded my expectations.

Service w/a Smile on Saturday

Went to Pence on Saturday, not olny did I get Speedy Service but it was all done with a Smile. I enjoy going to Pence for my service, they are always Friendly and will go above and beyond to give you Great Service that keeps you coming back. Pence is my dealer for LIFE......
