very thorough review of suv I was interested in, we test drove auto, options were demonstrated and discussion of my specific needs occurred. negation went smooth with thorough discussion of charges. auto was prepped and readied on schedule followed with another review of options and quick reference guide.

Salesman Dan Killion was the shining star in my experience. Clean cut, well-mannered, low pressure, very helpful and extremely responsive. All these were important but especially the responsive part. If I go shopping there again, Dan is the man I will seek out.

Jonathan did an amazing job helping me. He went above and beyond, staying late one night, and going in twice on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. Resulted in us buying a car, thanks to his help.

We really like our Santa Fe Sport and so enjoyed working with Ted. He was friendly, professional, and quite accommodating. Other than a 45 minute wait for the salesperson with whom we had schefuled an appointment, we had a wonderful experience.

In addition to working with Dan, I worked with a few other people but don't remember their names. Everyone was good to work with. It's been a positive experience.

Called and verified all the info they would need to qualify me and finance me out of my current car. After standing around for an hour and being passed from one salesman to another, they come and tell me that I need many more documents to prove my income. Being self employed, this is why I called an asked ( I have been through this before). The finance team is completely incompetent. Never again will they ever see me in their showroom!

Great experience with everyone can't remember all names they took the time to ask questions and listen to us understanding why we were trading in our car and explained our new car to us very good job

A great no pressure atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. They have a good selection of vehicles, new and used, and prices are comparable with other Hyundai dealers in went to. Nice change coming from Illinois.
