great service facilites impeccable

Bill Benisi is the best and a young man named Cruz was ever so helpful. We were going to be there all day and he even told us where we could have breakfast

Great service

I have always had great service at your dealership. Charlie Szetu has great people skills and always takes good care of me and my vehicle. He is the main reason I take my vehicle to Putnam for service.

Convenient Pick-Up

Because I did not have another driver, they picked-up my car at my home and we arranged all service instructions over the phone. That was very convenient.

Car service, recall, and warranty work

Service was fine. Service rep was professional. Loaner / rental process took over 1hr and did not get comparable vehicle. May have to go back because now a different part of the radio system isn't working.

Great facility, very helpful salesman

Hector listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. We did not wate time on trucks I would not buy. Very pleasant and answered all my questions.

Friendly staff and quick service.

My first visit to Putman Cadillac was a great experience. I was shown to the nice lounge while my ELR was serviced by Robert Mayes. Bill Benesi took care of the paperwork and I was back on the road within the hour.

Putnam cadillac was the best

Putnam cadillac in Burlingame was awesome. The people were so friendly and helpful. They were not pushy and gave honest feedback. Very positive experience.

Buying process

Rosario was very professional, courteous and informative about what GMAC has to offer in purchasing a new vehicle. I was very pleased with what Rosario and Max was able to approve me on. I also really like what I bought in the Terrain. Thank you again.
