Prompt, courteous, professional service.

I brought my Tahoe in for major service and warranty repairs. I was given a dealer loaner car and while the repairs took longer than expected I had the loaner car and I was kept aware of the progress.

Outstanding Service

Jorge Dubuk has been very helpful the last three times I have taken my car to Putnam. His outstanding service is the reason I will be coming back to Putnam for all my vehicle needs in the future.

Clean Facility

Please hire exprienced mechanics so problems that customer site are caught and corrected early in the process to reduce cost for both parties.

22,500 mile Volt service.

Three things I appreciated. One, My Volt was returned to me washed. Two, No attempt to up-sell me for services I didn't need. Three, Decent lounge and coffee for while I waited. See you in 7500 miles.

Great Service; Clean Facilities and Considerate

All the personnel whom I have come to talked to were so welcoming and accommodating.It was indeed an experience whre great service was offered. I was given every opportunity to choose from among the displayed cars and was given due consideration with what I can afford to pay for my financial obligations. The surrounding facilities too were so clean. For all of these and for more transactions to come I am looking forward for a more successful car dealership business. Thank you!
