18,000 mile check up

Service Dept was quick, kind and respectful. A very pleasant experience at Hyundai West Broad. I will remember this dealership with my next car purchase.

Service and Repair

Excellent service and my car was fixed in a timely fashion! They were the ONLY Hyundai dealership in the Richmond and Tidewater areas that bothered to look up my car's problem and determine that it was still under warranty. The service advisor was a very polite, friendly, and professional young man. (I believe his name is Mark Williams; he is the individual that looked up the warranty.) My car is getting older now, and this wonderful experience is definitely going to sway my decision about buying another Hyundai!

Love the experience

Always quick in and quick out. Personable and fast to resolve customer concerns. I love going here and getting good service. They take good care of my 2020 Accent. I would not take it anywhere else.

Day Early for appointment

I entered the wrong date on my calendar. Service writer got my car in for front brake job saving me a trip back to the dealership. I have purchased four cars there. Always good service. I’ll double check my calendar next time.

Great service

Been going to West Broad Hyundai for service on my Hyundais for many years. Scheduling is easy with their online portal, and the service techs are great to talk with about your vehicle. Recently was in for a simple state inspection, and recall campaign, and they explored a separate minor unique issue i was having at no charge. Even attempted an easy solution. Felt like they went a bit beyond. Always enjoy the friendly helpful service.

Excellent experience

My experience was definitely a positive one, especially since the product expert that was working with me was able to answer all my questions and find the most suitable selection for my requirements. He was also very flexible and understanding of my limited schedule. I would definitely recommend Ryan Tharp for any future purchases.
