Amazing to deal with.

Dan is superior sale is a lifetime relationship he?s the best I was able to trade in my car and purchase a new vehicle. I?ve done this five times with Dan. There?s nobody better in the business. Nobody if it wasn?t for Dan I wouldn?t know what to do.

Came in to drop off car for service, 4 service writers

Came in to drop off car for service, 4 service writers with no one in front of them. Wasn't helped had to as for help, when I did was cut off while asking and told "gimme a second well be with you". That service writer proceeds to help someone out in service. I ask agian, hey is there anyone who can just help me right quick im just dropping off a car? One of the four spoke up and said "well ve right with you". Then asked someone At a desk behind them to see if they can help me. At this time the young lady actually greeted me and acted accordingly. Which was great to see someone who actually cares. The other service writers who couldn't help me were all grown men by the way.. So dont take your car here , buy another brand so you dont have to deal with being brushed off.

We recently visited to look at a Yukon XL and had the pleasure of working with Tamara Weight. Even though we didn?t end up buying the car (we?re just holding out for a different color), I still wanted to take a moment to share how great she was! Tamara was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable?she gave us all the info we needed without ever being pushy or salesy. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend. If you?re in the market for a vehicle, I?d definitely recommend asking for Tamara. She made the whole experience super easy and stress-free!

I?m no engineer, but when it costs $1000 to replace bulbs

I?m no engineer, but when it costs $1000 to replace bulbs in a rear turn signal, I think I can do a better job than most Chevrolet engineers. Absolutely ridiculous. The rear bumper needs removal to complete the process. It should be a very simple and inexpensive solution to replace the LED bulbs. Again, absolutely ridiculous.
