We had our trucks oil changed and tires rotated. We were satisfied with the customer service we received.

I contacted Thornhill about a Hyundai Veloster and they contacted me relatively quickly. They were very friendly and gave me the information I needed... However it was not the vehicle I wanted and I went with a different buying path. However my experience with Thornhill was short it was a good experience.

Service was excellent. hey are some of the most friendly people I have ever dealt with and they treat you just like you are family. The service was outstanding. The service man was finished with my car before I could turn my head and have a seat.

nice new surroundings in waiting area, the changing of the seats and tv, also the free doughnuts were a bonus plus the new serivce girl was very pleasant and helpful.

Easy to set up appointment. Came right in and had a great waiting area to sit in. They were fast and had me out of there in no time. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

I always get excellent service at Thornhill's. I come in with one problem and they will take care of anything else I remember I need without making me make another appointment. Very accommodating.

They checked my vehicle three times to make sure the tie rods were okay after I had a mechanic inform they were stretched. I appreciate the thoroughness.

The staff was very friendly.. I feel as though they did everthing possible to satisfy me and helping me to get the car I wanted. I have bought 4 cars with Thornhill. When the time comes for a new vechicle I will definetly go back to Thornhill. They made me feel like family.
