It seems to always be a stressful headache to purchase a different vehicle. That was not the case at Burtis Motors. Our Dealer Brett Nelson was kind, considerate and very patient with us... There were no hidden surprises at the end or anywhere else thru the process.. It was very comfortable and exciting... We got just what we wanted without feeling talked into anything... We bought a "couple" vehicles from Burtis since 1986. So glad we have again!

Have never made a written comment on a purchase, although the staff asked if I would take a minute and answer how it was to buy a vehicle from them. Decided to put some thoughts into words. I was and am impressed with the level of professionalism Burtis group showed not only myself, but my family as well. The staff answered every question, and helped me in getting a fair deal. A couple of years ago I went shopping for the exact pick up and stopped looking after awhile due to the hounding I was getting from various car lots. Anyway, I never heard a bad thing about Burtis, and I see why, you people were great, the detail crew could do with improvement ( probably like me, over worked ), but THANKS for everything. You'll be highly recommended.

I bought a 2011 Explorer from Burtis, and it was the best car buying experiance I have ever had. They treated me like a person, and have taken care of me after the sale. They wash and vac my car everytime it comes in for service. I always have a loaner, and they have them readily available for me, no rental cars. They focused on what I wanted and made it happen! I will always go there for my vehicles, no matter what!
