Commonwealth Dodge flat out LIED to me!

I agreed to buy the Dodge Durango Citadel advertised as new with 3 miles on it. I sent $1000. to secure the sale, called my lender and got paperwork going. I live in Dallas and booked a flight to Louisville to get the car. I even bought new wheels and tires for it. I got everything ready as the day passed. Six hours after making the deal the dealer called me with a fake apologetic sound to his voice and told me he just found out - yeah right - the car had 4,700 miles on it! They wanted to sell that car, found a buyer, lied to me and on the add that it was new, then thinking I might buy it anyway broke the news it had a bunch of miles on it, miles on it they knew all the while they were making a deal with me to buy a new car with 3 miles on it. Watch out for Commonwealth Dodge. If they so easily lied to me, they will do it to you as well......

Don't do it

Bought my truck on Friday and on Monday took it back they had it two weeks later pick it up got thirty miles or so had to take it back to them two weeks later still not working this is from March to April 2023 I have not even made the first payment still no truck

Found a used vehicle that I had been looking for on the

Found a used vehicle that I had been looking for on the website and Nick helped make it the easiest and best experience buying a car I have ever had. Then to top it off it came with a lifetime all-train warranty. Can’t thank you enough Nick for you help and for answering all my questions. Went to see if I liked it and drove home with it the same day. Happy Customer!! Deanna

Do not for any reason use the service dept .

Do not use service dept for anything. Slow on ordering parts and no mechanics working. Dropped off on Monday was told it would be ready on Friday, Left work and drove to Louisville called that morning and they said it will be ready Friday as soon as the parts arrive by UPS and turned in my rental car. and called at 4 pm and they said it would not be ready until the following week.
