Excellent service from the entire team.

Excellent service from the entire team. Salesman Purcell Draper, finance Kathy Smith and the service personnel and the general manager Dave Eddie. I’ve been trading with this dealership for more than 20 years and have had great service and highly recommend them for new and used vehicles and the service department.

From the beginning to end, they were amazing and

From the beginning to end, they were amazing and respectful. They were not pushy trying to make a sale. They worked with me and highly recommend them and will return back later in the future.

Appointment time was 7 hours before vehicle was worked on. Purvis Ford appointment times are a joke.

Steve was Fantastic! I hate car dealerships due to long processing but Steve was nice, polite, understanding and more important quick!

Service disappoints

I mentioned a coupon on the phone with my service advisor, who told me to bring it in upon drop off. I did so, and it was noted on the drop off paperwork. It was also noted on the detailed receipt when I paid, but the amount was not taken off of the total. Although I mentioned it to the cashier, she told me to call the service advisor. I did so, and she asked me to send an email reminder the following day, which I have, along with calls or emails every day, which have all gone unreturned. When repairs are thousands of dollars, a 10% coupon offers significant savings. Mistakes happen, so I am less concerned with the initial gaffe, but horribly disappointed with their reaction to it.

We were getting ready for a big road trip and my truck needed some major engine work. Tony Simms, Service Manager, and Eric Clinton, Technician, did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues, making recommendations and repairs, and getting the truck back to me in time.
