Fantastic Service
I took my Chevy and my daughter's Toyota to the dealership the same day. My 90-minute appointment at Molle Toyota took over 4 hours. My appointment at Jim Falk was scheduled for one hour and even thought I showed up 30-minutes early for my appointment my car was done under an hour. It is so refreshing to work with a service department that values my time.

Best Customer Service!
We needed a bigger vehicle. Tracy and her team are amazing. If you need a vehicle don't hesitate go to Jim Faulk. We got a 2021 Chevy Traverse with low interest. They worked so hard for us Tracy worked on her days off for us and shout out to Tanner Keller for bringing the vehicle, plates and paper work. They made it all so easy they have the best vehicles, best prices and if something is not right they will make it right!

Not your normal dealer
I have never bought a car where it wasn?t a long ordeal with the salesman going back and forth to see if their manager would approve the deal. Not at Jim Faulk Motors. From start to finish, Traci made us feel like she was a neighbor helping a neighbor. Not once did I feel like I was in a car dealership. And the bonus of no add on fees is something I didn?t know even existed. Wish I had known about this several cars ago.

Top Notch Service
I’ve purchased countless automobiles for this dealership and have had the same great service every time. Whether I purchase new or used, expensive or budget friendly, the overall experience is top notch. My latest is an Audi with Traci Shepard. She was attentive, informative, and personable. She had the vehicle pulled, through finance, fueled and the paperwork ready to sign in under two hours. This dealership definitely has a genuine respect for time and is completely hassle free each and every time. Team oriented customer service is why I continue to buy here.

Incompetent dealership
Long story short, spent over $60k on a new Cadillac. Bad finder trim pieces and bad back up camera. After driving an hour one way to get these issues fixed three different times, problem still not corrected. Dallas in service told me to take my car to another dealership as they don’t have the expertise to fix my new car. He also informed me they are no longer a Cadillac dealership so I guess they just obsolved themselves of the issues on he car I bought from them. Just keep driving by this dealership and save yourself a lot of heart ache and trouble.
