Number One Service Team

I bought my Cadillac 1 year ago. The sale took 15 minutes! I came in $800 under my budget, there were no games! I keep going back because the service team is so great, they take care of everything on my car. They are honest, hard working, and genuine. I?m looking to buy a truck there because of the great service team! They are all Fantastic!!!

Used Dodge Dakota purchase 2010

Great salesmen Dallas! Followed through with all discussed and very happy with vehicle. Delivered to my home with no issues. Paperwork included and no nonsense.

Big Customer Service Disappointment

Really poor experience with the Service department, they have a lack of communication, we were unable to get calls back even from the Manager. Our car has been at the service department 5 times and still no remedy to our problem. It is a really frustrating experience for a truck that is under GM warranty. We will be in the market for another truck soon and will likely not shop here if it’s this frustrating to get Warranty work done. I am really disappointed we have to take it to another dealership to get our Truck fixed after weeks of trying to get it fixed here.

Mr. Kevin Davis

I am from Louisiana and live about 8 1/2 hours from Jim fall motors. I buying experience was so unbelievably awesome. The service was excellent and just the whole purchasing experience was great. From start to finish the process was easy and pleasurable. I would recommend Jim Falk motors to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. I absolutely plan on visiting them again for my next car buying experience. Thanks for the awesome service.

Pilot-Hawaiian Airlines

Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 over the phone. Ben and Chantel were excellent to work with. Just received the truck here in Hawaii and is was exactly what I was looking for. It was a very hassle free experience. I offered a price and was met with a very reasonable counter, which I accepted. There were no hidden charges or last minute price adjustments. Chantel continued to follow up with the delivery ( I had hired my own shippers, although Chantel and Ben did offer shipping services). Overall I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Jim Falk for any long distance purchase.

Awesome experience

Andrew Snyder did a excellent job listening to what I needed. Everything he said and explained about my truck was exactly what it was. He will be my car dealer for now on. When vehicle was delivered customer service has called more than once to ask if everything is exactly has explained and it was. I will buy vehicles from these guys for now on. If you want a no hassle friendly team to deal with on your next purchase this is the place for you.

great place!

my family has purchased two trucks from this dealership, with wonderful experiences. the colorado i bought was a great vehicle, just my family out grew it. The silverado we still have it, have had it for 3 months with no issues. what more could you ask for out of a 200k mile vehicle? The sales person Gabe was very polite and professional, overall the experience could not have been any better. We test drove the vehicle for over a hour, decided to buy it. my husbands best friend is a mechanic, so we had him look it over and found out the vehicle was as good as the dealership told us, thats very rare when buying a high mileage truck. Our family WILL buy from here again.

WARNING! Promises Promises, but NO follow through.

I bought a 2016 GMC Denali sight unseen from Falk 3 months ago and had it delivered to me. The mileage higher than was advertised, but no big deal. One floor-mat was missing. That also is not a big deal, but it was supposed to be there and they promised me one. In three months I have called 4 or 5 times. Each time they apologize, say they are going to send me one, and will call me back. None of those things have ever happened. A floor mat isn't a big deal so I'll just buy a new set. Still that will cost ME $200. BUT the big deal is that they don't do what they say they will do. If they don't fix a small problem for me, they won't fix a big problem for you.

Tony Hanks is very helpful, patient and a very good salesman! He went above and beyond on what i was looking for! He worked hard to get me a great deal and made the buying experience for me NICE & EASY ! Jim Falk Motors Is the BEST!
