Overall, very helpful service. My only issue is that I had specific questions regarding a repair issue that was only vaguely explained to me.

The people were great. I talked to several employees including a mechanic a service manager who pointed out a problem I had and a salsasman that I had met in the past. The problem i had with the dealership was the price of the oil change. With a $25.00 discount i still paid over $125.00. I think that is ridiculous.

Helped me get into a 2022 Ford Escape with a trade in and couldn't be happier with the dealership.

Service manager was helpful professional and competent. Repairs were very costly but completed in a timely manner correctly.
