Was my fist time using this dealership. They were very professional and informative about what steps they were taking in performing my service on my BMW! I will definitely be using them from now on.

Decent service. However in the waiting room they were playing Newsmax the whole time. I had to listen to conspiracy theories and Trumpy Bear commercials. It made the hour long wait feel like 3 hours. I can't go back to this location as a result. I prefer my dealerships to be neither radical right or left wing.

Great experience from start to finish. Aaron casto was very professional in all interactions and was very personalized in his approach to helping us buy a car.

Absolutely, horrible. They try and rip you off on a trade in and then when you don't accept the offer, they cut you off completely and don't even try and help test drove a car and the breaks didn't even work, but he said he knew who owed the car and it was another salesman who traded it in. He worked at the same dealership..good luck you have been warned ..lost lots of business with family and friends. We will be shopping at Dutch Miller and Joe Holland from now on.

Jacob, Corey, and Meghan were great, fielded every request I had during my 5 month wait for my truck, and put up with a demanding customer with professionalism. One of only a few Ford dealers in the region to still honor Ford A to Z plans in these supply challenged times. Will do business with them again.

My experience was good. No complaints about the dealership. Just wish Ford had honored price when ordered 9 months ago before a late year price increase went into effect.

First time using this dealer could be good or could be bad. Time will tell. But they have to be better than Todd Judy
