I am more than satisfied with the work done on my Lincoln

I am more than satisfied with the work done on my Lincoln Navigator by Moses Ford. Also they are courteous and responsive within a few hours. They never do work without consulting with me on procedure and price.

Horrible dealership.

Horrible dealership. Went to purchase a vehicle last Thursday. Could not get help - bunch of guys sitting around in one office goofing off - I was standing right in front of the office. Didn’t get help till Mgt came in the door and ask if I had been helped. Made a deal with a salesman on Thursday. Asked him to send me the breakdown of fees- taxes, tags and all that so I could bring cash for that. I live 2.5 hrs away from the dealership. He didn’t send it - I figured he just got busy Thursday afternoon. I messaged early on Friday asking for the breakdown of fees - he sent a message stating they were not going to hold this car forever. I told him I would have been there last night if you had sent me the breakdown of costs. I also stated I could be there that evening if they would just send the breakdown of costs. Instead he send a message saying it was sold. I highly doubt it. I not sure what this guys game was but I would bet he was trying to scam me. Have me drive up there 2.5 hrs and change the prices on me. No thanks. Worst customer service of any car dealership I have ever went to. BE WARNED - if you try to buy here - get everything and I mean EVERYTHING in writing when you first talk to them or they will likely try to scam you ! Also I called mgt and he said he would get to the bottom of it and call me back - NOPE. No call back. Did I mention HORRIBlE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was actually warned by a friend not to go there because she had a very very bad experience as well. I should have listened.

Moses is “the best”!

I have had problems with the service manager at the St.

I have had problems with the service manager at the St. Albans location. Every other employee that is in service or parts have been friendly and I have had no issues. But Chris Kirksey seemed as if he was determined to not help me. I just wanted my estimate for my car that I had paid for was told I would have by 3:10 after my son spent an hour and half there. So at 4:30 I was still trying to get my estimate. He refused to call and tell them I was waiting or even be nice and decent to me. I think his name was Tanner when Chris left the room was kind enough to call down and tell them I was waiting on this and that is the only reason I left there with the estimate. But Chris has informed me that I can no longer get my BMW serviced there because he did not like my opinion of him when he asked. So now I have to take my vehicle minimum of 2.5 hours away to get the work that it needs done because every other place says it has to be done at dealership. Also when insurance called back to clarify what they put on the estimate the dealership told them they did not know what needed done.
