Purchased a 22 Denali from Mark Gudorf (salesman) and this man went out of his way to make sure we knew everything that he knew about this truck. We drove up from Newburgh in the snow and the sales experience was great. We had been looking for a GMC truck for some time at the right pricing and Bob Luegers came through for us. Mark made sure that we were comfortable with the entire transaction, including running back and forth between bldgs. in the cold blowing snow to get all of the details taken care of. He was up front with the pricing and made sure we were aware of everything. After the sale he spent an hour going through all aspects of the vehicle with us and I would recommend him and this GMC location for a great experience in buying your new vehicle.

I was looking for an Audi A6 when I saw the advertisement for one. We drove up and test drove it, the salesman, Mark Gudorf was honest that he had limited knowledge of Audis. We came back few days later, paid cash for the car, Mark helped with the process. The only complaint that I have is that the car only had one key FOB, and that it started malfunctioning after leaving the lot, including after changing the battery. I contacted the dealership, spoke to the parts dept, and the salesman the following day, as we bought the car at closing hours. The end result is that I will now be taking the car to Audi, to have them either replace the FOB or reprogram it at out of pocket cost.
