After buying a car at Myers Ford for my daughter 11 years ago, I have trouble going anywhere else. I just bought a 2021 Escape and still got the same great service. The process was easy and I think they are always fair. They go out of the way to keep you informed, and if there was a problem, I feel they’d do their best to work it out!

I'm in a service business as well and have had service done many places over the years. Myers stands apart from the crowd, because they care about their customers and it is obvious. All businesses make mistakes, but good ones stand behind their work. Myers does that as well. Meet anyone in leadership at Myers and you will see why they stand apart from any new car dealer in the valley. I love it, and I hope they never fall for the tactics of other businesses that are really missing what isn't rocket science...have a heart for your customers and they will see it and stick with you. It's genuine at Myers.

I showed up for a scheduled oil change and inspection on my Fusion a week early. Just put it down wrong on my calendar. I offered to just come back when I realized my error but the service guys were wonderful and fit me in. And they didn’t make me feel like an idiot! I’ve been a Myers Ford customer for over 40 years and don’t expect that to change any time. I bought my car last year from Lisa. She still remembered me.

Purchase a Used Ford Explorer. Dave (salesman) was great, very personable, no pressure sales. Caine (finance manager) was great too. Very professional and helpful. Paperwork process was smooth, efficient and quick. Overall Excellent experience with Myers Ford. I will definitely be shopping here again !
