Great service every time I need something from Myers Ford in Elkton VA. This time due to faculty Ford Escape tire wrench, they had me inflate tire and drive to them where they fixed my tire. Very good service .

My F250 was returned to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. One would expect that right. Yet, it could have been left a mess. It was clean and ready to go.

Your guys work hard and try to please the customers. I am not trying to discredit any one person, I do have an issue with the quality of service. Knowing that things happen, since I have worked with the public for many years, and have my share of mistakes. After returning home I discovered an oil leak at the oil filter and returned to Myers Ford. The service people stopped the leak immediately. The Ser. Mgr. stated that oil from draining was the cause, that was not what I observed, having changed oil many times, it was apparent the leak was coming from the oil filter seal. After inspection it is apparent they tightened the filter, It is all the way up against the mounting mechanism, hopefully their will not be a problem removing it at the next oil change. If a problem occurs at that time , I expect your service dept. to make proper corrections.

The service at Myers Ford is amazing. This is my second car for them and I am totally satisfied. My salesman was Dave Simmons, who was constantly answering any questions I had. Caine Davenport the sales Manager was just as cordial as always. Donna had all of my paperwork ready to sign when I got there. I was in and out and driving my new car home in an hour.
