Bought a used car for my teenage son for his first car. He loves it. The buying process is a little long but everything is excellent. After we got the car home we found out the headlights were not working and I called Ahmad at the dealership and told him he told me to bring it back out as soon as I could, I took it the next day and they replaced the headlight,signal switch that had went bad.I only had to wait a few hours.

They were extremely helpful and very determined to find me a car that fit my needs. I am very happy with the service I received here by the dealership and Christian himself. I would definitely recommend others to visit Steven Kia in Harrisonburg!

I was a first time buyer and generally when I go places to look at cars the dealerships don't take me seriously. Steven Kia was completely different! They worked with me over several days to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted as well! After dealing with probably 5 dealerships I have to say that Steven Kia was the best; no doubt about it. I was looking for a good deal on a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and came across this dealership that had one about 40 minutes from my house in another city. I was very pleasantly surprised at the low-pressure and great attention to me as a customer that their sales people had. I have rarely had such a good experience when trying to negotiate a good deal for myself. They already had a great price on the vehicle but worked with me on my budget to make the deal happen. I can tell that I will also be a member of their "family" of buyers, even though my purchase was a used vehicle and not a Kia.
