My experience with Chris Payne and Steven Kia was very excellent. Chris is very easy to deal with he didn't over pressure me in to looking at a certain car he let me look around and tell him what I wanted. Then he explained everything to me and how to go about receiving the loan i needed. Stevens will always be my first choice thanks to Chris and his excellent help.

Chris Payne did an excellent job of not overselling a car to me. He promised I would be in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes and he kept that promise. I am very satisfied with my transaction today and will come back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.

From the moment I walked onto the lot I was treated as if I were the most important customer of the day, I was offered a drink and was patiently shown any and every vehicle I wanted to see. Jake Sodikoff runs a great dealership at Stevens Kia. My salesman was Christian, and if you have to deal with someone I highly recommend that you ask for him. The paperwork is usually the roughest part of the experience and Tyler Simmons made it easy and painless. I recommend these guys and I can tell you that they just got a lifetime customer!

I've bought two vehicles from Steven Kia. Every time I am there it's an excellent experience! Ahmad did a wonderful job with both of my purchases! They were smooth and fast and he helped me with everything. He stayed in contact and answered all questions that I had even after purchasing both vehicles!

Spoke with Max after I put in my info online. He was nice on the phone but didnt work with me once I got there. Worked with Rico but was not my favorite. Very busy and he didnt spend much time with me. Got an approval but was WAY too much. Told them my budget but they still didn't give me the payment I wanted. Nice guys but wish I hadn't wasted the whole day!

I had a great experience at Steven Kia of Harrisonburg. I did not think that my credit was good enough but I was asurred over the phone that I would get something. as I entered me and my husband were offered a soda and a seat and I was promtly waited on. Christian Letelier was very positive through my waiting process and reassured me that I would get a vehicle. as it turns out I got a beautiful new than I really appreciate the hospitality that I received from Stephen Kia salesman Christian letetier. We called and spoke with Christian. He was the best! My credit was not the best but he and Jake from Steven Kia were very confident that they could get me done. Sure enough! They got me approved and I am getting a brand new car. It took a lot of stress away because it was not very easy. So far we are loving it!
