My experience seems very similar to the other negative

My experience seems very similar to the other negative reviews. I had an appointment with this dealer about a used Jeep Grand Cherokee on their lot. Not only was the vehicle filthy inside and out, the tires were dry rotted. They refused to budge on the price despite this and even acted like they were doing me a favor by making an offer to trade in my existing vehicle. Run, don't walk away from this place.

Purchase of Used Jeep

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Joe Bowman. Thus is the second vehicle we have purchased from this business. Brooke and Tony assisted us this time and we were very pleaded with service. No high pressure sales practices and took the time to explain all our options. Highly recommend.

Amazing Service

I recently was in town visiting my daughter at university. My GMC?s brakes were shot. We went to Chevy dealership in Harrisonburg and had a great experience. Brandon was awesome. He explained everything in detail that was wrong with the car and fixed it within a day. Thank you!!

The worst dealership I’ve ever worked with.

The worst dealership I’ve ever worked with.The vehicle we purchased has spent more time out there then with us.Issues after issues and excuses after excuses of why they can’t do anything about them I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!!

NEW TRANSMISSION NEEDED.

Truck's transmission went out 10 hours from home. Brandon took great care of my truck and got it back on the road.

Joe Bowman team Kate Gomez and Tony Wright was great to have when I bought my F150 . Since then other team members have contacted me on if I need service or just asking if I was happy with my F150. I would recommend Joe Bowman Auto Plaza to anyone who wants to buy a used or new vehicle.

Stay Far Away

We bought a used car from Joe Bowman on Sept. 3rd. 2022. Drove it home, approx. 30 miles. It was late so we waited until Sunday evening to drive it a while just to find antifreeze pouring out of it. Monday was a holiday so on Tuesday We took it back. Two weeks later we got it back. Took two weeks because they would not do an appointment because it wasn't warranty work. Anyway, we pick it up, drive it home, another 30 miles. Next morning, I have to move the car and, low coolant light is on, so I call them. They have it towed in and put on a sensor which takes another week so, it is now the 29th of Sept. 26 days after the purchase it has been in "their" shop we pick it back up. Drive it across town and straight back to Joe Bowmans as the coolant temp. is at 235. They sit in "our" car revving the engine saying, awl, the fans will come on and it will cool down, it is fine. Refuse to give me what I paid for it on trade in on another car also, so, I said One and Done. I will Never go back, and I will try to help anyone else stay from the same problems as we are dealing with. So, we went yesterday to Campus Ford in Waynesboro and bought the wife a car. Nicer, newer and lot less money. Oh yea, and did I say we have driven it with NO problems. Rev. Orvil Painter
