Matt was very friendly, honest, and wanting to please. I purchased my dream car a "2005 Thunderbird 50th Anniversary Convertible in Black"..in very nice condition, even though it had over 100,000 miles. Joe the Manager offered a 50/50 - 30 day Warranty on the drive-train, motor and transmission. Joe noticed some "minor dings" and offered to have them removed.
