I was extremely pleased with my visit to Dave Sinclair. Right away I was treated like a friend and was shown the upmost respect. Dennis and the rest of the team worked with me as much as they could to get my Jeep Cherokee. Everyone there is so welcoming and kind. Being a first time buyer, I was extremely nervous about the whole process but soon found relief that I was in the right place. I never once thought I was being pushed into something I didn't want to do. I will definitely be back to purchase my next Jeep.

I was expecting to be there for hours. Not the case. Jack Dwyer was our salesman. Very nice and good at his job. If he didn't have an answer he was quick to get the a answer for us. Would most definitely buy from him again and recommend him to everyone.

Buying a new car is not my idea of a good time, but I couldn't be happier with Dave Sinclair in Pacific and with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. What a great car. The sales and finance staff were terrific. A week after buying the Jeep I noticed on the final buyers order that the dealer discount had been left off. An honest mistake I thought, and I was right . Marty, my salesman, jumped on the issue and had it sorted out in a couple days and a credit sent to my finance company. That's what I call excellent service.

I have never been treated so well and dealt with in such a delightful and courteous manner at any dealership. The sales man Jack and his manager Joe went out of their way to make the buying experience a total delight. Dave Sinclair should be proud to have such a well rounded staff that can make you feel like family before you leave the dealership.

I personally would not recommend buying a vehicle from this location. We purchased a used truck five months ago now and have still not received the title. We also had to have work done on the truck after we were told it passed inspection and have been trying to get a reimbursement for two months now and still nothing. The general manager Joe is less than helpful, however his secretary Becky is great! Every time I call, yes I have to call and check in, Joe is not available and pushes my call off on Becky. If I actually do get a hold of him he acts like he has no idea what my situation is and always says he'll get back to me in a couple days and does not. We have been driving around illegally for five months now and get pulled over constantly for having an expired temp tag and they do not seem to care. They keep saying the title is stuck in New York but don't seem to be doing anything about it. The sale process was great and everyone was great to work with it's just disappointing knowing that they got their sale so it doesn't seem to matter what happens now even though were the ones who are put out. We will not be returning to this dealership
