Excellent!

First and foremost, I would like to Thank my Sales & Leasing Associate BRYANT ERVIN. This excellent transaction would not have occurred without him! I tend to keep my vehicles until they are ready to die just because I dislike the New Car Buying experience that much. Bryant was helpful without being pushy or high pressure. He answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and helpful, NOT a hint of high pressure sales tactics. On the vehicle I purchased, the Web Site price was indeed the starting point for negotiations. After all was said and done, Bryant was able to beat my target price, I was extremely pleased. This is a very recent purchase, so I cannot comment on Service and Support after the sale just yet. But, if the buying experience is any indication, I feel confident that that experience will be just as pleasant. I would definitely recommend Dave Sinclair Ford to family and friends!

Oil Change Great Experience.

My dad is the one that took my car in for an oil change. According to him, everything was a great experience. No problems nor hassles.

Treat you like family.

Great salesman

Bruce is very patient and a gentle personality. We did our homework and shopped around on enter net for a month Ina 100 mile radius. The Escape we bought was by far the best price around.

Our sales person,Joe Palumbo made our buying experience an extremely enjoyable.Vey honest and upfront.He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns.He left no stone unturned in his explanations.He found the exact car we were looking for and made the whole buying experience a very positive experience.
