Review of My service for oil change and checkup
I appreciate the honest good will from all the workers. My only snag was that no one realized I was waiting for my car to be brought up for about 30 minutes - another car blocked my vision - but I had brought a good book that I got to finish. My person (Dan) was apologetic. I like the pleasant atmosphere in the service area - I didn't hear anyone complaining about their jobs! As a relatively new widow who didn't have to take care of car chores before, I really appreciate the help I receive.

I am so thrilled with the tire warranty I purchased when I bought my new fusion. And the fact that dave honors it and repairs my tire is outstanding. I always recommend Sinclair for this reason

My Service Visit at Dave Sinclair Ford
Craig found the door latch problem replaced what needed to be fixed. Everything was covered under warranty. They cleaned the car and did more than I expected. Very Happy.

Review of service dept @ Dave Sinclair.
The ABS indicator light came on and I called Tom Bedbury @ Dave Sinclair and was able to get my car in and fixed in one day. I am very happy with the service I have received on my Escape. Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional. Will explain what is wrong with your car and will have it fixed and then explain what was done. Tom Bedbury is great to work with as was Michael Jacober the service advisor. I highly recommend the service department at Dave Sinclair Ford.

The Service Team was helpful and efficient.
Great Service. Oil change turnaround was great. I think you should always offer the complimentary as part of the service. It is a little conjested to park.

Awesome Experience
I searched online for a Ford Flex. They had a used model that I came down to look at. It was a perfect fit for me and my budget. I was in and out in under three hours. It was the fastest car buying experience, I have ever encountered. I also had two gentlemen, 1 a floor manager and 2 a second salesman welcome me and also thanked me for coming in and giving them my business. Dave Sinclair hands down has the best team of employees.

From strat to finish as always outstanding, the service tech was attentive , pleasant to deal with and it showed that he had pride in his positon and responsibilitys. I can always count on Dave Sinclair to be fair and attentive to my needs.
