They Haven't Made it right
I took my ford to Dave Sinclair thinking it would be the best place to get my car repaired from a accident. The car was delivered to them in the middle of Sept., 2019. Took them over 4 months to repair the damage. I picked up the car and when I got home I noticed my rear bumper cover wasn't fitting correctly. Called them and took the car back to the auto body shop to fix. A couple of weeks later I picked up the car, inspected at home and the repair was very poor. Paint runs, bumps in the paint and over spray on rear mud flaps. Called them again, service rep said he was going to order a new bumper cover and new bumper cover mounts. This call was in April, 2020 and I have not heard back from Dave Sinclair as of 6/17/2020. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have purchased cars from them in the past, I would not recommend taking you vehicle to them for any type of auto body repair. Poor quality and no follow-up

Service was great. I got in after a short wait and was out of the dealership in less than 1.5 hours. They offer greasy service.

Service dept. Sinclair Ford Excellent
Got my car serviced. Don waited on me, very friendly and professional. The only thing I don't like about Dave Sinclair service dept. is the way its set up now...to crowded. And having to wait by the door where everyone comes in for an advisor can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. And the wifi password on the paper on the wall didn't work. :( but service I get here is awesome! Thanks Don.
