Great salesman
Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable, but why should it take 4 hours to buy a car. We new the car we wanted and the buying process started in less than a half hour.

2017 Ford Fusion
The service team is not very welcoming. We do not want to be there as much as it seems they don't want some of us there. I reached out a couple of weeks prior to coming about my oil change to tell them I was experiencing issues when I press on my gas. The service member (can't remember who) came up with a million and one reason why they couldn't check this out the same day. I told him I would need a loaner car and they could keep the car. I can't rent through enterprise, so any time I have to drop my car off I get a loaner. Again he had excuses why he couldn't. When I finally went in last Thursday to get the oil change I set there and witnessed them give two people loaner cars, one of which I know had not been reserved just from the conversation. I have a warranty on this car that clearly says all that is covered and I may have to pay 200 dollar deductible. I am highly disappointed in the service I received last time. Not to mention the young lady at the desk was trying to help somebody on the phone and they were being rude to her for trying to help somebody. Also not to mention I keep getting emails and calls about trading my car in I respond to the freaking adds, and still not a response , but yet the emails keep coming!!

Very pleased
Very professional, responsible, honest and trustworthy dealership. They could have put us in a 2 year old car and gotten 20 percent interest from us. But instead put us in a brand new 2020 with 0 interest!
