She was informative and was already answering my questions before I had the chance to ask them. The only pressure I got where I felt uncomfortable was while we were getting the financing completed. Cindy was not in there at this time. Great experience and we're happy with our Explorer.

I made an appointment to get my Mustang's emissions tested as I needed to renew my license plates. Even though they looked so busy when I arrived my car was taken back on time and was finished on time. While this was not a long or complicated appointment it was handled perfectly from start to finish. I take my car to Sinclair for all of my routine service and emergency repair as I have found them to be extremely helpful, honest and fair. I find that hard to find these days and I am glad I can count on them to take good care of my "baby" :)

I came to Dave Sinclair in hopes to get a new car after my bad experience at Bommarito Ford. I was very glad I went to this dealership and gave them my business. Not only did they give me what I wanted, but I got a 0% interest for the loan life. Which was a huge change from the 7.98 Bommarito was trying to charge me, so i was very happy just with that. From the time i stepped in the dealership I was greeted and even though I was early and went right to work. I had another guy come over while Mike was finding a car for me, and go over the flex plan and tried to initially give me 1.9 or 0% interest. I got approved and as soon as finance was ready i went back and started the paperwork. There was a small snag when i got to the down payment, i said a couple times that i was not putting one down and someone said we were, so the finance guy dropped the cost 1000$ to compensate for that mistake, which blew my mind and would forever cement my business there. My girlfriend will be buying a new car in a couple years and already is ready to go there because of the amazing service i received last night.
