You guys have to do something with your customer waiting...

You guys have to do something with your customer waiting area, its the pits! It's situated in the open. Everyone and his dog walks through the area going to and fro the service area not to mention all of the noise from the check in area. My suggestion would be to revamp the waiting area to make it more pleasurable for the customer. Tear down the walls, add new ones, make it more up-scale, and remodel the area.

Don Kraus, service advisor, always let's me know what is next on maint schedule of my 2012 Fusion. If any repairs, he explains it to me that I can understand.

Fast and efficient. Dropped car off at scheduled time for recall work and oil change. Although very busy, process was fast and efficient. Work was completed in a timely manner. Recommend Dave Sinclair Ford for all service needs.
