I love my car but wish I bought it at a different dealership. this dealership has no organization at all!! you walk into service and ste never greeted, you wait in a long line to find they don't even write down appointments. when they order a part they just throw it on the shelf and never call you when it comes in. The workers are rude and do not care!!!

Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They were honest and explained everything. Most repairs were made, the rattle/clicking noise is still there so I will have to bring it back. Overall very satisfied.

Sales department was great. Disappointed with the service department. Always takes 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and you are waiting in a walkway. You also can hear the service writers arguing with customers on the phone which is uncomfortable. Everyone has difficult customers from time to time but it may be best to put them on hold and go into an enclosed office. The service writer I had was great, he did his best.
