I toke my 2012 escape to dave sinclair ford with a rear end noise and a problem with sync radio and 4 month's later the rear end noise is still there now i can't get a response to email ALLEN

Inexcusable Treatment by Salesman
I found a 2016 Escape online and contacted the dealership via the Internet. I was made an appointment with Mike Havicon. I arrived on time and we went for a test drive. I tried to engage him in conversation during the test drive, he acted distracted. We got back to the dealership, we sat, he took my information and said he'd be right back. He walked to another office and stood there for at least 10 minutes. I almost left then but thought maybe it was legitimate. He finally came back and we talked about the price. He gave me the price without the $2000 "Get Into the New" Trade In incentive. When I questioned him about it, he acted like he wasn't aware of it. This rebate has been offered by Ford since the beginning of the year, how could he not be aware. He was disinterested and acted like I was wasting his time. I left feeling like I had stepped back in time. I will never go to Dave Sinclair again nor will I refer anyone else to them. I purchased a 2016 Escape from Sunset Ford in Waterloo, IL.

Great service in a timely fashion
Went for oil change and tire rotation. They got me in and out quickly. Everyone in the David Sinclair Ford service department was friendly and helpful.
