I intentionally came in to view a vehicle but Laurie convinced me with the current condition of my vehicle that buying a new car would be best! She didn't steer me wrong, it was a great price and I'm so happy with my brand new car!! She was very professional, helpful, and very helpful. Zhi Zhong was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions. Rock and roll music too loud in showroom along with the TV. Everyone was very friendly.

Being my first purchase, everyone seemed up front and genuine. Zhi did not pressure me into buying something I did not like, and the deal I received was awesome. Zhi also had everything well organized and ready to go for the scheduled appointment, which was great. He listened to my concerns and did not have a problem working within my desired budget. My wife and I decided it was time to replace our aging truck. This was a big descion for us. We did a lot of research before heading to the dealership. We were greeted by Russ Sebastian after arriving at Jack Schmitt Ford. Mr. Sebastian was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Truck line. His very no pressure approach was much appreciated. He showed us several trucks answered all of our questions. Never in this process did we feel pressured or talked down to as we experienced in some of the other dealerships we visited. We can highly recommend Mr. Sebastian and will be glad to do business with him in the future.

Jack Schmitt Ford is a great place to buy a car. With salesman like Mike a great finance office like Jaime who make it easy and painless getting you set up with financing to Craig and his team who are more than helpful and great bunch of guys who are there to help get your car problems fix. I been buying cars from Jack Schmitt Ford since 1987 and never been let down. Also can't forget Ben Firnkes who knowledge and helpfulness make sure you never go wrong.

The dealership on the whole has been very accommodating, patient and exerted no pressure. We are non-techie seniors; our salesman, Drew Frueh, was very willing to answer all our Questions, either in person, or on the phone, including his returning phone calls. He always made us feel very welcome to talk to him .

Went in was greeted immediately by Micheal Miller and my experience went very smooth from the test drive and financing where Jamie Stack met and exceeded all of my expectations over all i am extremely happy with my visit start to finish!
