For months we have been researching and searching for a Pacifica minivan. Last fall I had spotted the vehicle we ultimately bought today. Our new Pacifica is equipped exactly as I had hoped but due to external circumstances, we couldn't buy until today. The price advertised was bought paid for it and every detail of the transaction was done with respect to the buying public. The closing was done professionally by the finance manager. After my daughter’s car was totaled, we were in the market for a replacement vehicle. We found a cute 2014 Chevy Malibu at Cassens. Scott Wetzel was the salesperson and couldn’t have been more helpful. He responded to my text inquiries on a Sunday afternoon, followed up with me on Monday morning, and ultimately got us a great deal on our new car! Sales Consultant Holly Wilkinson was also fantastic after the sale. She walked through all of the features of the new car with my daughter so she felt comfortable with its operation. Finally, Jack in Finance was very organized and had us in and out in about 10 minutes which was great.
