Cassens And Sons NOT Trustworthy!

Be careful dealing with Mike. He is not an honest service manager. I would not take a vechicle to Cassens and Sons for any type of service, repairs or warranty. Shame on you Mike for not representing me. Dealership will not represent you in good faith.

Cassens And Sons NOT Trustworthy!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Cassens and Sons is NOT a trustworthy dealership. You cannot depend on Michael Hasamear (Service manager) or Larry Wehmeyer (President) to represent your needs if you have a warranty claim because they were not willing to represent mine. Cassens was not willing to help me with my powertrain warranty. This dealership will not stand behind their customers after they get their money from you. I hope this review can help someone avoid being taken advantage by this dealership. Do not take your vechicle to Cassens and Sons service department!

Cassens Service Experience Very Dissatisfied

I brought my 2018 JKL Sahara in for defroster not blowing air on the passenger side and the death wabbel on 1/17/19 . Steering damper was replaced for the second time , as for the defroster I was told by Steve the service advisor that there were no issues coming up withing Dodge however they search that . I was further told by Steve the pulled a 2019 same model and it opperated the same . I told Steve I did not care what year they checked and the only one I was concerned about was mine . Steve's response was I cannot re design it . I told SteveI understand that but however you are my rep between myself & Dodge . I thought his remark was a very poor choice of words and with NO talk of we will contact Doge to find out what too do !!!! BAD WAY TO TREAT A AN OWNER IN FOR WHAT COULD BE A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE AS THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE WINSHEILD COULDNOT BE VIEWED THROUGH . Let's get too Mke the service Manager, our conversation was 5:30 PM 1/22/19 . In short I was told to contact customer service and start a ticket ? Should not Cassens have done this..... I was further directed to All Star where I purchased the vehicle and that they would have more incentive since they sold it WOW. Cassens Report States For The Defrost is as follows and I quote. ( OPERATING AS DESIGNED ) I Took there advise and took it to All Star on the morning of 1/23/19 9am back in it at 3:00. PM same day and fixed WOW . Cassens in my opinion after seeing a 2019 same model working the same decided it was operating as designed. Cassens did not put in the effort to research and investigate it was easier to take the easy way out and refer me back to where I purchased it , I'm glad I did . I would give Service am F if I was grading .

Fantastic trucks and where to find them

Just purchased my third vehicle from cassens! Holly was amazing. Very knowledge and fair. If you’re looking for a new vehicle this is the place to come. 11/10 would recommend

Love our Jeep

Steve Lane sold us our first Jeep Cherokee and when we decided to replace it with a new Jeep Cherokee Steve was a great help. The dealership has always been great for both warranty work and routine service.on our first Cherokee and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Very good experience

We felt no pressure to buy and encouraged to test drive the vehicle (on our own) which we liked. Steve and Mary made the experience!

Absolutely Great!

My recent purchase replaced a vehicle I had owned for many years, which too was purchased at Cassens. Earnie was great! Very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with all of my questions. The customer care is excellent!

Amazing service!

Fast! Amazing satisfaction. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. My van has given me the room I needed for my family of 4. We couldn’t be happier. As a mother I am much more organized thanks Cassens.

First time buying a new car

This was the first time I have bought a new car, and the first time I have been to a car lot. Holly was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process. She made me feel valued and made the process extremely simple! Dustin was very informative with the finance side of the transaction and made everything go over very smoothly. Amazing experience from the time I walked in to the time I drove off with my new car!!
