Outstanding!

Outstanding service from beginning to end. I recently leased my fifth jeep and my first with this dealer. By far, the easiest and most painless experience I've ever had. I would strongly recommend this dealer!

Jim Ostman..

My daughter recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited..The experience was very good. The salesman, Steve Lane, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He spoke very highly of the dealership, and what a great dealership it was to work for. I am employed by Cassens Transport Co., and know what it means to work for the Cassens family. Overall, the buying experience was extremely good,

Purchased a used car from Steve Lane.

Steve Lane is the the most professional salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the beginning to the end, there was no pressure, just helpful advice. I have been buying cars for over 45 years, and have never met a more honest and helpful salesman. I will never purchase another car from anyone other than Steve. Hats off to Cassen's for their first rate facilities and their excellent staff.

holly lyons/buying a truck

Holly was great. Pleasure to work with, I have no complaints with how she conducted business. But the first time I showed up at Cassans it seemed no one wanted to help me. They almost lost my business and would have it if it was not from their location. The one dealer I was finally help by the first had the attitude that if you don't buy from us today some else will come in and buy a truck from us. Well I could have bought a truck from another dealer that day. I was glad he was not there the day I order my truck. I would have hated to give him my commission.

Excellent Customer Service

Gary Johnson was our sales representative. He was excellent in answering the questions we had regarding our purchase of the Chrysler 200C. We had been looking around at several different dealerships before deciding to come by Cassens. We were glad we did. We found the car we were looking for at an exceptional price. It's nice to support dealerships within our community.

2012 Mustang

Great purchase experience. I traveled 2 hours to purchase a Mustang I had found online. I called to verify that it was still available and spoke with Mical McEuen. He verified it was still available and answered all of my iniitial questions. I was driving all over the Centeral Inninois area to find a Mustang of my liking as I had just sold my car. When I arrived Mical greeted me and showed me the car. It was very nice as he had described. After a 360 review, I took it for a drive and was happy. We very quickly came to an agreed upon price. The car was advertised very fairly so reaching an agreement was easy. All I saw was one small decal issue which Mical said he would get addressed. The following Friday I took the train down to Alton and Mical very graciously picked me up from the station. The car was ready, so it was a matter of just some paperwork to complete. Going beyond what you often see today, the tank was full. Pleasant surprise. Mical also stepped up and authorized me to get a second key made at home at the dealer's expense when we discovered the second key was not available. Cool! Summary: Great car! Great price! Great experience! Recommend asking for Mical when you go in.

Great sales service

My overall experiences have been of the top quality including service, personnel. My buying experience has always been easy and upfront. Holly Lyon made my buying experience smooth and easy. I would highly recommend her to family and friends when looking to buy a new vehicle and or used. Holly Lyon and Cassens are always my first choice when looking to purchase.

Experience purchasing my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited

On June 10th I visited the Chrysler Dealership Cassens & Sons. I was in need of a new car and fell in love with the 2015 Chrysler 200. Holly Lyon was my sales associate and she was very helpful with helping me find the best deal. We went through several of my options and looked for all the rebate and discounts I was qualified for. She provided me her Cell phone number and advised me to call her or Text her with any questions and or concerns I have. I have taken her up on that offer and she was very helpful in getting me the answer to my question. I also appreciated her approach in selling vehicles by letting the cars sell themselves and not hovering when I was doing my original research on what I would like to get. Thank you for the great experience in purchasing my vehicle and look forward to getting my vehicles maintenance service done there.

my new jeep grand Cherokee

Steve lane was awesome...he made the buying process go very smoothly and actually spent a good 30 to 45 min after my purchace to explain all the features and how to work everything. I felt like a knew my car when i left. Thanku so much steve lane i appreciate it and absolutely love my car!!!
