Very good experience, great customer service.

We were very pleased with our experience, for it being our first time I was a little hesitant and afraid. But it was a very pleasant experience. Guy did great!

Great!!

We hate going to the car dealer just as much as the next person, but Cyndi and her team made this experience better than we ever expected. We had gone to another dealer prior to visiting Jim Oneal and had a less than pleasant experience. We will be back for our next car buying experience. Thank you all!

Purchase of 2018 Ford Fusion

Jim O’Neal is a great dealership but what makes it special to me is my salesman Jim Meagher. He is without a doubt the most honest and knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Please note I am a 70 year old female so I have had my share of salesmen!! Jim is a low key, no pressure salesman that treats me like Family. I will always buy my Ford cars from him because I feel treated with respect and honesty!

Went in with a need for a used truck.

Jason James helped me out finding a great used truck. The dealer gave me a fair trade in and I was very pleased with the process. I would definitely recommend they have a great selection of new and used trucks!

Customer service like it should be

I was looking to purchase a new F150. I wanted a specific truck. There wasn't one to be found at any of the local dealers. I had a really short time frame to accomplish the deal. Todd and Bruce really went above and beyond to locate and deliver my new truck. Was completely amazed at the way it all came together. I definitely recommend Jim O Neal Ford for all of your truck or car buying needs. If you want it they can make it happen.

Fun and Friendly!

We had an incredible experience at this dealership with every single person we came in contact with....Our salesman, Jim Meagher was awesome from beginning to end. He’s friendly, no pressure and very down to earth. The Finance guy, Branden Milby is easy going, and super personable, even the manager was nice! We ended up buying an awesome car with low miles at a great price! I would definitely recommend this place and specifically Jim Meagher. 10/10

treated with respect

I just bought a 2015 escape from Jim O`Neal Ford . I am very please to report that I was treated with respect and kindness.The finance was easy and quick. Branden went over all the options of that we had and was not push into anything. After we bought the car Rory Marker, the salesman , was nice enough to show us how to use some of the options in the car. The whole experience of buying a car was great . We would tell everyone that this is where you need to go for your car buying. GREAR FOLKS with a great service.. THANK YOU WE ARE VERY PLEASED.
