Great experience

Bruce was extremely helpful from the first test drive to setting up the FordPass app on my phone. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for your new car.

Truly looking out for the Customer @ Jim O'Neal

Recently bought an 08' Dodge Caravan from here. Jim Meagher was very helpful and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs were met and we were satisfied with the purchase we were making. You will truly be happy with the service you receive and the whole staff has truly be exceptional and caring for the customer. I know it is a little trip to get to the dealership for me but no matter what I will make sure I take the trip to work with such a great team.

Jim Was very helpful he explained all of the new car functions which now days is many!!!! He was professional and told us to call if we had any questions at all. My Explorer is Awesome.

The explorer I wanted was in Knoxville, Tn. The dealership went and got it for me at no cost. Corey and Cyndi were always available to answer my questions and were very friendly.

Great Team

Cory was my sales man went in told him what I wanted and he lined up a couple cars for me to drive . Picked one got a good trade in value for my trade. This will be my Ford dealer from now on .
