I was looking to purchase a new F150. I wanted a specific truck. There wasn't one to be found at any of the local dealers. I had a really short time frame to accomplish the deal. Todd and Bruce really went above and beyond to locate and deliver my new truck. Was completely amazed at the way it all came together. I definitely recommend Jim O Neal Ford for all of your truck or car buying needs. If you want it they can make it happen.

I just bought a 2015 escape from Jim O`Neal Ford . I am very please to report that I was treated with respect and kindness.The finance was easy and quick. Branden went over all the options of that we had and was not push into anything. After we bought the car Rory Marker, the salesman , was nice enough to show us how to use some of the options in the car. The whole experience of buying a car was great . We had an incredible experience at this dealership with every single person we came in contact with....Our salesman, Jim Meagher was awesome from beginning to end. He’s friendly, no pressure and very down to earth. The Finance guy, Branden Milby is easy going, and super personable, even the manager was nice! We ended up buying an awesome car with low miles at a great price! I would definitely recommend this place and specifically Jim Meagher. 10/10

They let us take my new select home for a few trial drives to see if I liked it- never done that before! And Guy saved us some money by showing me the app to help me start my car and unlock the doors! Love it!

Everyone was extremely helpful. We live in Columbus about an hour north so Amanda was very helpful in communicating with me via text, Guy Plummer was great to work with and very kind to communicate with my husband via text while I was working. The experience was great from beginning to end.

I drove up to the dealership from Louisville only to find out they somehow sold the car I was buying. After looking for a while, they were very helpful in finding me a new car. Cyndi was very helpful and kind, and everything ended up fine.

Was looking around the lot at F150's that I was interested in, when Jim Meagher approached. He is a very friendly, easy going, NO-Pressure type guy. Took me to all trucks I wanted to look at and explained all the features on that model. Finally got to one I was really interested in and told Jim I would like to go home and think about it. (Note: He actually let me walk off the lot, no pressure, without knowing if I would return). LSS, I called Jim next day to do the deal. He setup late afternoon time for the transaction. He, service people and financial guy got every thing done quickly, and some stayed past quitting time. Thank you Jim Meagher for making this experience so easy and enjoyable.
