2017 Lincoln Navigator

They did an excellent job of installing an accessory to my vehicle. Very professional and prompt. I get all of my service performed here, also took care of another service when I gave them little notice.

Took one and 1/2 hours for oil change and 5,000 mile checkup. Seems a little excessive.

Roberts Motors, Inc. in Alton, IL

I had a very pleasant buying experience at Roberts Ford in Alton, IL. Prior to the purchase of my Ford, I was able to have all of my questions answered in person and via email. I was able to apply for financing online. This was a real time-saver for me! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle or to someone who needs to browse to find the right vehicle for them. Tomas was an excellent salesman and did not pressure me to purchase something that I didn't feel was right for me. I appreciate that he and the Roberts team thought that my time was important, too.

2018 Ford Escape

Even though this survey was sent to my husband, our new car was purchased for me. I love my new car. Everything about the design is amazing. The white gold color is beautiful. Roberts Ford, Alton, Illinois is a great place to purchase a car.

Great timely service

My last service was for a recall. The service staff made it very easy to schedule the required service and completed it well before I needed the vehicle back. This is also the way I am treated with all my routine service. I've been a dealer and service customer for over 6 years and expect to stay one. Thank you Robert's Motors.
