I had came in looking for a truck that would tow more then what I have now I was looking for someone who had some product knowledge and was impressed when I came in and worked with Elisha Holloway. I found the truck I was looking for and I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.

I had looked online and started working with Elisha Holloway I was impressed she knows her stuff and was easy to work with I didn't feel pressured at all.

If there was negative stars I would give negative stars. They are not to be trusted. The back office hides stuff from sales person then when deal is done and you drive off the lot to show off your new vehical. A friend notices a huge dent in the roof. You talk to them as soon as possible and they will not fix it. Would you deal with a company that does NOT share the WHOLE truth with their employees. Think about it! What else could they be hiding. No fault to the salesman great help taking care of the elderly. But the management has so much to be desired.

their salesman lied to me and told me my Toyota RAV4 with a 6 cylinder several times when asked and got it home and it was a 4-cylinder. Went to return it next day salesman apologized it was his first day. His boss made an offer for an older RAV4 without all the options that the one I bought had 4 $27,000 cash and no money back. I didn't agree and came back the next day and talk to his boss and when I told him about the salesman apologizing for having given me the wrong information he asked the salesman and the salesman denied haven't given me the wrong information and apologizing for it. I had a witness that road with me on all the test drives I did that day and witnessed the salesman telling me more than once that it was a 6 cylinder. when I walk into that place the first thing I did was tell them what I was looking for and that I was looking for a 6 cylinder vehicle and that I had a car to do their $4,000 trade-in no matter what condition the trade-in was in. they wouldn't let me use my trade in on any of the vehicles I wanted and they stuck this fully loaded RAV4 in my face and I bought it after being told it was a 6 cylinder when it's only A4 cylinder. They made me ridiculous offers that I told them why would I throw good money after bad and I also was informed that the trade ins don't apply to any of the vehicles that don't have the prices listed on them!? Go figure! that's because they can change the price on the vehicle that isn't marked and you don't really get a deal. It's a scam it's just to lower you in so they can sell you something else. They wouldn't give me my money back and the Better Business Bureau did nothing but act as a useless middle mailman. It even went so high as the supervisor in charge of two of their dealerships and he flat-out lied to the Better Business Bureau trying to make it sound like they made me a reasonable offer that I refused. Reasonable for them maybe certainly not for me as I said they wanted to trade me an older model without all the options the one I had bought had and they wanted to give me no cash back the straight trade . and that was even after I told them that I had a bad neck and that the back of the seats made it hard for me to see behind me and the salesman went in the store and came out with a package of computer paper and put it on the seat and went on to tell me how his mother had a pillow that she put on her sheet and she was really happy with it while the other salesmen standing there joined in and said his mother had a pillow she used also. The whole deal was a bunch of BS. I wouldn't trust them to buy a tricycle.

My family needed a larger vehicle. I had my heart set on one as soon as I test drove it. All the staff (specifically Jason, Josh and Marie) were very helpful! They spent many hours with me and my partner to ensure that we walked away with the vehicle we wanted. We would fully recommend this dealership!!

I had a great experience with this dealership thanks to a salesman named Denny who was very helpful in making a decision on a vehicle.

Jacob and Andrew were amazing. They explained ever step of the process and made our car buying experience easier than expected. I feel like we went in as customers and left as friends. I will HIGHLY recommend McCloskey Motors to anyone interested in buying a car.

Purchased a jeep that they claim they inspected come to find out the brakes were bad, bad ball joints, bad tie rods and major oil and tranny leak, called dealer for 3 weeks no one will call back, I am taking then to court and to the state.

It was an extremely hot day and yet there was one guy who was extremely helpful in running around the lot to get us cars to try and ride with us. The entire time he just hung out with us and made us relaxed as we talked among ourselves about the pros and cons of cars-didn't try and force a sale but would comment on stuff here and there for our own info.

Had a great experience with Jason LaSalle. He made sure he knew what we were looking for and found great options. The dealership was honest and offered fair prices for our trade in as well as what we bought. They met the price we needed. The process was straight forward, seamless and easier than any other car we have bought. No games, just easy explanations. Thank you Jason and McCloskey’s. We will be buying from you from now on.
