UNBELIEVABLE Customer Service!! 5 Stars!!!!!
Where to begin! First, based on the great reviews of McClosky Motors, I decided to take my F-150 in for the installation of a 2? front end leveling kit. So, on 24 Jul 17, I phoned their service department and spoke to Judey asking if it was possible to get a same day appointment. She asked if I could bring the truck in at 1400, which I asked if I could just drop it off early and she stated this would not be a problem. I dropped my truck off at 1030 and a little after 1200, she called and advised the work was complete and my truck was ready to be picked up. I thought WOW, the reviews of McClosky Motors were spot-on; i.e. over 2K reviews and a 4.7 rating out of 5!! Unfortunately, I could not pick my truck up until 1740; 20 minutes before closing. So, I paid the bill and jumped in my truck and started my trek home thinking McClosky Motors is awesome! Suddenly, when I reached Interquest Parkway, my truck felt as if my entire front end was coming off, but I somehow managed to get it home. I immediately called McClosky Motors, but the service department was closed. Spoke to the on-duty sales manage who took my information and related he would contact the service department via e-mail. The following morning, 25 Jul 17, I contacted the service department myself and spoke to Nate explaining the situation. Without any hesitation, he provided me the # to their contract towing agency and my truck was picked up within an hour. The tow company driver Paul (I think was his name), who was a mechanic for 30-years, advised the caliper bolt was broken. I did not contact McClosky motors intentionally to see what they would diagnose as the problem. NOW, here is the kicker regarding the entire situation AND the customer service McClosky Motors is apparently well-known for as documented within their reviews! Upon further examination of my truck, their mechanics also determined that the caliper bolt broke off lodging the brakes pad against the interior of my rim resulting in the front end shaking and/or not allowing my front right tire to rotate. This was certainly NO FAULT of the McClosky mechanics and the work they performed on my vehicle! HOWEVER, Nate said nothing about a cost to repair nor did he attempt in anyway deflect their responsibility! Nate simply stated the vehicle would be fixed period! So, NOT ONLY did they pay for towing my vehicle, purchasing the bolt from Chapel Hills Ford and perform the maintenance ? Nate and one of their mechanics personally delivered my vehicle to my house and NOT one word about any cost for their time, money or the service rendered to fix my vehicle when the problem was NO FAULT of their own!! It is CRYSTAL CLEAR why McClosky Motors receive the reviews they do as they are a FIRST-CLASS dealership! THANK YOU, Nate, Judey and the service department mechanics!! Moreover, Thank You Mr. and Mrs. McClosky for instilling the type of customer service RARELY witnessed in today?s automotive industry or for that matter; any business!! Respectively, JHC3

Excellent Customer Service and Great Knowledge!
I showed up with no idea what kind of car to get, and then Patrick Spall came out and asked what I wanted. After telling him what I was looking for, but with no specific car in mind, he rattled off 3 or 4 cars with low mileage and great price! I test drove 3 of them and came back the next day to buy the first one I drove! He was very knowledgeable (even after just starting with the company 2 months ago), and was extremely nice and understanding. He even fought for me to bring the price down a little! His slogan is "I will do what I say I will" or something along those lines. Come here if you want an enjoyable and excellent car buying experience! Even the financing went smoothly with their local financing expert who even had close ties with my bank (I apologize, but I forget his name. I think his name was Bryan, but I do know that he has a twin brother!) and handled things smoothly and efficiently. Unfortunately, it did take a long time from start to finish, but it was mostly because of the many customers they had and all of the paperwork you have to fill out for cars nowadays. All in all, though, I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who needs a great deal and excellent service for a great car!

McCloskeys did everything they could to accommodate us!
Our Experience at McCloskeys started wonderful with a Great Hostess Ms. Tony Adams! She took care of us from Beginning to end! Thank you! Tonya did not let us leave in good reasons with out a vehicle we so desperately needed. I feel she actually put her Job on the line for us to get us what we needed a new vehicle that saves Gas and can get me around safely on short and long trips. I highly, highly recommend Tonya Adams Sales Consultant and to go and speak with her if you are looking for a vehicle. Walter, the store manager also was a very helpful individual and pretty much gave my Husband pretty much what he asked for in terms of the vehicle being taken care of with the minor details, broken mirror, light and gas. We bought a 2017 used Jeep Renegade. Great Vehicle and received a great deal on the vehicle. I couldn't be much happier. This was a Second car for me as I am starting my own business and needed a a good gas saving and running car for travel and in town. Thank You Tonya and Walter and Thank You McCloskeys! All involved in the sale of car very professional.
The sales person Allen Beebe was professional and spot on. Joe and Ray very helpful and honest. Bryan made it all worth it. Marie made it happen with Joe McCloskey. Top notch service always at McCloskey. It's where we buy our vehicles and send friends to buy.

Unprofessional
I went in to help a friend purchase a vehicle. This was the worst experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. It took one hour for them to even acknowledge us and then we sat with the salesman,he asked questions and then disappeared for a while, not explaining any options for vehicles just went directly to financing. The salesman was actually very nice it was the upper management who wouldn't even give us their last name. I've never experienced such a rude and unprofessional store manager or finance department manager...nothing was explained at all. Ethen the finance guy made a scene in front of the entire sales floor and none of our questions were answered, this along with the "store manager" who wouldn't even provide his name. We were treated like low credit second class people. Shamica the receptionist, completely ignored us when we asked the name of the manager. She got on the phone instead and placed a personal phone call, all the while her son was running around the sales floor with another customers child. The worst part was the unprofessionalism and not being treated like a valued customer. We weren't greeted by the receptionist because she was too busy bringing her kid to work. Mr. or Mrs. McCloskey if you are reading this, your staff could use some empathy training, because your commercials make it seem like you care and value family and customer experience and we did not receive that at all. I've purchased new vehicles before, and sure there's a wait, but never had we experienced such rudeness and "back talk".

Great Experience
I have no clue why people are complaining the way they are, accept perhaps they are competitors who frankly should be legally shut down. From the moment my son and I walked onto the sales floor, working with a great young man Andrew O'Connor as our sales representative all the way through financing we had no snags of any kind. In the past working with New and Used dealerships there were always snags and games, but not at McCloskey. I am a 80 yrar old lady who know alot about business and McCloskey should be a model for all car dealerships. They set the Bar high as far as Professionalism and Customer satisfaction.
