Never again

Since only my husband got approved to buy the car they totally ignored me. When someone else came in to buy a Volvo with cash, things got hurried and we got very rushed service. We paid 5000 for a warranty but we’re never told that we would have another 2 year warranty through Mitsubishi, we found out about that when we brought in the car with with some electrical issues and were sent to either Mitsubishi or car sound. I had specifically asked at time of the sale if the vehicle had a recent oil change and was assured it had, only to find out 2 months later that there is no history on any kind of service on the vehicle. Very disappointed with the service from sales person.

Bad service

Horrible service. They don't care about their customers, a week after I bought the vehicle I reported multiple issues and they won't respond for a month now. Do not buy a vehicle from here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I've purchased about 2 dozen cars in my life and this dealership is EASILY the worst I've ever worked with. My opinion has nothing to do with the fact we couldn't get a deal done. It has everything to do with how I was treated throughout the process. Funny how when you fill out anything on their website, you can't stop them from calling you 50 times a day, yet during the TWO WEEKS OF xxxx I worked with them, they couldn't call me all of a sudden; they said they would get a busy signal. So I communicated with the salesperson (a very new person) through text. She would respond once a day if I was lucky. Had an appointment with Alex to come in at 4. I got there at 3:59 and he's with a different customer. I'm dumped on a new person without an introduction. They apparently sold the car I was looking at in the one day it had been since I was last there. They didn't bother telling me. Instead of telling me and offering to get ready one of the 5 other vehicles with the same mileage and equipment for me, they just leave things alone for me to find out when I get there. So I get there, this new person gives me the news the one I liked had sold, I have to suggest we look at one of the others. She says it is at their other lot and she will be back in "15 minutes." An hour later she shows up. Before I can even go outside to sit in the thing, they allow a group to climb into the car and start looking at it. DURING COVID, a bunch of strangers are touching the car they brought over for ME to drive! xxx!!!!! Cory is shady as heck. I come in before work one day (I work nights). I sign his little piece of paper saying I would buy a car if the deal meets my requirements (monthly payment at or below a certain amount and my $1,000 Down). He leaves me saying he is "85% sure" he will get the deal done for me. TWO DAYS LATER, they come back saying they need $6,000 Down! 85% sure and somehow the Down blows up by $5,000! Yeah... I literally BEG these people to keep in touch but I need to call and text multiple times a day to get any sort of update. Super classy. I ended up buying a NEW car from Faricy Boys, which was probably the BEST dealership experience I have ever had. They called, text and emailed me throughout the process. When it came time to do a deal, they had everything ready to go when I got there so I was in Financing for less than an hour. They were amazing. Never once lied to me, gave me false hope, or ignored me. McCloskey is a garbage dealership with garbage employees. It's very tellkng that the Faricy salesperson laughed when i told them about McCloskey treating me like crap; she used to work for them and said that that is how they operate. DO NOT BUY FROM MCCLOSKEY!

Look at Reviews on different sites

Another good place to check out business Reviews is Google Map. Click on the location/business and read what others are saying about a business and how they respond to complaints. That's where you'll see mine.
