I took my Mazda in for an oil change and 100,000mile

I took my Mazda in for an oil change and 100,000mile inspection @ 7am. They were overwhelmingly busy so called to confirm it was ready to pick up early afternoon (yes). Paperwork from inspection indicated front brakes/rotors plus belts & tensioner needed replaced, totaling nearly $1300. Decided to get add’l quote on brakes. This mechanic called back quite confused, saying both brakes & belts looked fine! I’m taking them brownies this afternoon, valued at $1300!

They got my vehicle in quickly. Communicated with me throughout the day and have repairs completed on time. Customer service advisors were friendly and cheerful.
